ST. LOUIS CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Supreme Court has denied seven welding manufacturer defendants' motion for writ of prohibition, in which the defendants sought relief from a circuit court order finding that a plaintiff's claims were timely filed. State of Missouri, ex rel. v. The Honorable John J. Riley. No. WLD-B-190438 (Mo. Sup. Ct.).
The Missouri Supreme Court denied the writ of prohibition on Aug. 22. without explanation.
