CLEVELAND -- Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs with cases originally filed in 12 states have opposed a defense motion for summary judgment on their conspiracy claims, arguing that the defendants' "knowing and willful" plan to conceal the dangers of manganese in welding fumes supports their cause of action. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
