Defendants Oppose Ill. Man's Motion for a New Trial

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - The eight remaining defendants in an Illinois man's welding fume injury case are opposing the plaintiff's motion for a new trial, asserting that the "mere fact that the jury found against him does not justify a second bite at the apple."
