OAKLAND, Calif. -- IHI Environmental has opposed a motion for reconsideration in a California welding fume case, saying the court properly determined that the defendant's attorney work product and attorney-client privilege controlled the documents after an in camera review. In re: Welding Product Cases, JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In the Oct. 31 opposition filed in the Alameda Superior Court, IHI Environmental claims that plaintiff James Krudwig does not present any new facts in support of his motion for reconsideration and/or clarification of the order denying the motion to compel.
