ST. LOUIS CITY, Mo. - Seven welding manufacturer defendants are seeking a writ of prohibition, saying a circuit court judge erroneously denied their motion for summary judgment, which contended that the plaintiff's five-year statute of limitations had run out before he filed his claim.
