Ohio Sophisticated User Appeal Dismissed Sua Sponte

CLEVELAND - An appeal filed by three former foundry workers who sought to overturn a state court decision awarding summary judgment to U.S. Silica based on the sophisticated user doctrine has been dismissed. Purdy, et al. v. Air Liquide America, et al., Case Nos. 03-506483, 03-506484, 03-506486 (Ohio Ct. App., Eighth Dist. Cuyahoga Cty.).
