MDL Plaintiffs Seek Sanctions Against Defendants for Disobeying Order

CLEVELAND - The plaintiffs in the Welding Fume MDL are seeking sanctions against the defendants, claiming that they have failed to comply with a court order instructing them to produce documents and data related to the Danish and Swedish epidemiological studies, which found no association between welding and Parkinson's disease (PD).
