CLEVELAND - A sand pot and air-fed hood defendant has moved to dismiss failure to warn claims brought by the widow of a former sandblaster, claiming that the company cannot be held liable for injuries caused by products that were simply integrated into the sandblasting process. Pawlowski v. Best Sand Corp., et al., No. 499457 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
