Special Master: 'Issues' Related to Segarra Document Production Resolved

PASCAGOULA, Miss. - The special master who ordered a silica plaintiffs' expert to produce records related to asbestos- and silica-related disease diagnoses rendered in 2004 & 2005 has indicated that he has done the work necessary to review the data and determine what information, if any, might be made available to defendants.
