CLEVELAND - Defendants in an Ohio silica case have moved to exclude the anticipated trial testimony of an industrial hygiene expert, arguing that his opinions regarding the adequacy of warnings are based on conjecture and fail to meet the standards for reliability. Pawlowski v. Best Sand Corp., et al., No. 499457 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
