CLEVELAND - A South Carolina man whose suit against the welding products industry is scheduled for trial on Jan. 25, has moved to dismiss, saying he no longer wants to pursue his claims. Ray v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 1:04-cv-18252 [No. 1:2003-CV-17000, MDL Case No. 1535] (N.D. Ohio).
