HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Columbia Welding Service Inc. has sued four welding manufacturers, seeking more than $154,000 in reimbursement for defense costs in underlying welding fume product liability cases. Columbia Welding Service Inc. v. The BOC Group Inc., et al. No. 2:06-cv-128 (S.D. Miss.).

On Aug. 11, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Columbia Welding filed its first amended complaint in its lawsuit against Lincoln Electric Co., The BOC Group Inc., ESAB Group Inc. and Eutectic Corp.
