Ark. Judge Authenticates Documents for Plaintiff's Upcoming Trial

EL DORADO, Ark. - An Arkansas judge has granted a plaintiff's motion to authenticate documents for his upcoming trial, saying that any document authenticated in the federal MDL will be considered authentic in the instant case. Calloway v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. No. CV04-0473-6 (Ark. Cir. Ct., Union Cty.).

On June 15, Circuit Judge David F. Guthrie of Arkansas' Union County Circuit Court granted Ronald Calloway's motion to have documents authenticated - to prove that documents are reliable and not a forgery.
