EL DORADO, Ark. - An Arkansas plaintiff is seeking an order authenticating documents that will be used during his trial, saying such documents have already been authenticated in the federal MDL. Calloway v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. No. CV04-0473-6 (Ark. Cir. Ct., Union Cty.).

On May 3 in Arkansas' Union County Circuit Court, Ronald Calloway moved to have documents authenticated - to prove that documents are reliable and not a forgery.
