Defendants: Silica Plaintiffs' New Reports No Better Than Old Ones

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Defendants have moved to dismiss several Florida silica cases after plaintiffs re-submitted reports they say comply with a recent statute that set minimum medical criteria and other requirements for pursuing asbestos and silica claims.
