PHILADELPHIA - A state court judge recently ordered plaintiffs in Pennsylvania to provide defendants with copies of all settlement agreements entered into as a result of their claims alleging injury from silica exposure. In Re: Silica Litigation, March Term 2003 No. 0001 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).

The order, entered July 13 by Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Paul P. Panepinto, gives plaintiffs 20 days to disclose the information, exactly as it was previously submitted to the trial court, where dozens of silica claims are pending.
