ST. LOUIS, Mo. - A Missouri judge has denied a plaintiff's motion to vacate an order dismissing his conspiracy and negligence claims, rejecting the argument that the order was entered without prior notice. Garner v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al. No. 052-9892 (Mo. 22nd Cir. Ct., St. Louis City).
