Parties File Joint CMO; Plaintiffs Seek to Quash Subpoena

CLEVELAND -- The parties in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have filed several documents relating to case management orders and remand orders, while the plaintiffs have filed a motion seeking to quash the subpoena issued to Mark R. Cullen, M.D. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

Other welding fume-related documents filed recently in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio include an order granting voluntary dismissals without prejudice and an order granting a motion to dismiss for failure to submit a fact sheet.
