OAKLAND, Calif. -- Defendants involved in the coordinated California welding fume docket have filed a motion to compel more complete responses to conspiracy and fraud interrogatories from the plaintiffs.In re: Welding Product Cases, No. JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The Dec. 7 motion filed in the California Superior Court for Alameda County suggests that responses given so far have not contained information identifying specific facts concerning how each defendant participated in an alleged conspiracy to conceal the dangers of welding fumes.
