Philly Judge Sides with Plaintiffs on Limitations, Impairment Issues

PHILADELPHIA - The judge overseeing the Philadelphia silica docket recently dealt defendants a series of setbacks on motions seeking dismissal of claims asserted by silica plaintiffs who had also maintained that they suffered from asbestos-related injuries.
