Defendant: Sanction and Exclude Expert from All Silica Cases

CLEVELAND - A defendant in a silica case has moved to sanction a plaintiffs' diagnosing expert for failing to respond to production requests, urging the court to exclude his testimony from the vast majority of silica cases filed in Ohio.
