CLEVELAND - A defendant in a silica case has moved to sanction a plaintiffs' diagnosing expert for failing to respond to production requests, urging the court to exclude his testimony from the vast majority of silica cases filed in Ohio. Przybylski, et al. v. Air Liquide America Corp., et al., No. 506486 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
