Defendants Urge Closer Look at Silica Plaintiff's Asbestos/Solvent Exposure

HOUSTON - Defendants have asked a trial court judge to reconsider a decision overruling their objection to a medical report filed in support of a former foundry worker's silicosis claim, arguing that it ignored evidence of past exposure to hazardous agents other than silica.
