HOUSTON - Defendants have asked a trial court judge to reconsider a decision overruling their objection to a medical report filed in support of a former foundry worker's silicosis claim, arguing that it ignored evidence of past exposure to hazardous agents other than silica. Terry v. Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Co., et al., No. 2003-36274 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
