CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Citing numerous ongoing investigations by state and federal authorities, the judge assigned to oversee Silica MDL 1553 recently ordered that all X-rays and documents, which may be relevant to ongoing inquiries into screening practices, remain in Texas.
