CLEVELAND - In a defense submission regarding a recent court order instructing the defendants to produce data related to the Danish and Swedish epidemiological studies - which found no association between welding and Parkinson's disease - the defendants claim previous discovery requests by the plaintiffs have merely been attempts to divert the court's attention from the studies' finding.
