CLEVELAND - In opposing a defense motion to reopen discovery in their case, the next plaintiffs scheduled to go to trial in the Welding Fume Products Liability MDL have proposed that the court try a movement disorder claim before theirs, saying their neuropsychological claim will not advance the MDL.
