4 Arkansas State Court Welding Fume Cases Set for 2006, 2007 Trials

EL DORADO, Ark. - Four Arkansas state court welding fume cases have been set for trial in 2006 and 2007, HarrisMartin is reporting.

Sources told HarrisMartin that Calloway v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. (No. CV04-0473-6 [Ark. Cir. Ct., Union Cty.]) is scheduled for an Aug. 14 trial in El Dorado before Judge David Gunthrie; Carroll, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. (No. CV 2005-164-5) and Marks, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. (No. CV 04-903-5 [Ark. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.]), a seven-plaintiff consolidated case, is scheduled for an Oct. 2 trial in Pine Bluff.
