4 Cuyahoga County Trials Continued

CLEVELAND - The parties in four Ohio state court welding fume cases have agreed to continue one trial previously scheduled to get underway in April to October and three trials to 2007, HarrisMartin is reporting. Boyd v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. No. 04-545413; Bateman v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. No. 04-545415; Rector v. Lincoln Electric Co. No. 04-546711; Abram v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al.
