Miss. Judge Refuses to Sanction Silica Plaintiffs' Firm

ROLLING FORK, Miss. - A Mississippi state court judge has denied a motion for sanctions brought by silica defendants against a plaintiffs' firm that had already been sanctioned by a federal MDL judge for bringing claims the federal court said were potentially fraudulent.
