ROLLING FORK, Miss. - A Mississippi state court judge has denied a motion for sanctions brought by silica defendants against a plaintiffs' firm that had already been sanctioned by a federal MDL judge for bringing claims the federal court said were potentially fraudulent. McDuff, et al. v. Aearo, et al., No. 02-101 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Sharkey Cty.); Braxton, et al. v. Aearo, et al., No. 02-016 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Issaquena Cty.).
