EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - An Illinois man who previously moved for a new trial in his case against eight remaining welding manufacturer defendants is now requesting that the court allow him to reopen the arguments on his motion, claiming that new information shows that the defendants have repeatedly failed to respond to previous discovery requests.
