Miss. Judge Will Deny Sanctions Against Plaintiffs' Firm

MACON, Miss. - A Mississippi Circuit Court judge has told counsel he will deny a defense motion for sanctions against plaintiffs' counsel for filing cases based on allegedly fraudulent diagnoses, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting. Baldwin, et al. v. Graco Enterprises, et al., No. 2002-429 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Noxubee Cty.).
Sources have told HarrisMartin that a Noxubee County (Miss.) Circuit Court judge, believed to be Judge Lee J. Howard, could file an order with the court clerk at any time denying defendant's motion to sanction the Waco, Texas, firm of Campbell-Cherry-Harrison-Davis-Dove.
