Defense Verdict Reached in First MDL Trial

CLEVELAND - Jurors have returned a defense verdict in the first MDL welding fume products liability case to go to trial, HarrisMartin is reporting. Solis v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 04-cv-17363; In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio jury returned the verdict June 27, after five days of deliberation in Ernesto Solis' trial.
