CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs in 137 silica cases previously dismissed for failure to comply with requirements of a coordinated docket's case management order have moved to reinstate their claims in Ohio. Allen, et al. v. Air Liquide America, et al., No. n/a (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
A motion to reinstate the administratively dismissed cases was filed May 22 in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas by plaintiffs who claim they recently produced the product identification information required under the CMO.
