ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- A Missouri Court has rejected defense efforts to dismiss a claim for civil conspiracy in a welding fume case, just one month after another state court precluded plaintiffs from proceeding with a similar claim. White v. Alloy Rods Corp., et al., No. 042-08827 (Mo. 22nd Jud. Cir. Ct.).

Judge John J. Riley of the Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court ruled on May 25 that the welding fume plaintiff had sufficiently revised his civil conspiracy claim to allege that specific actions by the defendants resulted in the plaintiff's nervous system injury.
