Silica Claims Against Equipment, Compressor Makers Dismissed

SAN FRANCISCO - A state court judge has dismissed claims against several heavy equipment and air compressor defendants in a silica case, finding that the plaintiff failed to sufficiently allege that his silica-related injuries were caused by the defendants' products.
