PAULDING, Miss. - Parties in a 246-plaintiff Mississippi silica case are in dispute over how the claims should be handled in light of a recent state Supreme Court ruling that dictates procedure for allegedly misjoined plaintiffs. McBride, et al. v. Clark Sand Co., et al., No. 12-0144 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jasper Cty.).
