Parties Spar over Dismissal, Transfer of Multi-Plaintiff Silica Suit

PAULDING, Miss. - Parties in a 246-plaintiff Mississippi silica case are in dispute over how the claims should be handled in light of a recent state Supreme Court ruling that dictates procedure for allegedly misjoined plaintiffs.
