CLEVELAND - U.S. Silica has moved for summary judgment in a group of silica cases, claiming that it warned of potential silicosis dangers associated with the inhalation of its product at the time the plaintiffs were allegedly exposed to silica dust. Bright v. Best Sand Corp., et al., No. 461456, 479026, 482244 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
