U.S. Silica Says Warnings to Painters/Sandblasters Adequate

CLEVELAND - U.S. Silica has moved for summary judgment in a group of silica cases, claiming that it warned of potential silicosis dangers associated with the inhalation of its product at the time the plaintiffs were allegedly exposed to silica dust.
