PHILADELPHIA - Defendants in a silica lawsuit filed by a former sandblaster 15 years after he was diagnosed with asbestos-related lung cancer contend in a recent motion for summary judgment that the case is time-barred. Sulkowski v. Empire Abrasive Equipment Corp., et al., No. Aug. Term 2002 No. 2248 (Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Cty.).
