OAKLAND, Calif. - In a recent order, the judge presiding over California's coordinated welding cases said eight plaintiffs have been chosen for June 2007 trials. In re Welding Product Cases. JCCP No. 4368. (Calif. Sup. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
Judge Ronald M. Sabraw of the Alameda Superior Court said the plaintiffs chose Thomas Anderson, Reginald Johnson, Val King and Bay Bridge welder James-Krudwig. Plaintiffs Knute Helm, Robert Kortje, Fabian Perez and John Thomas were selected by the court.
