ST. LOUIS, Mo. - A Missouri circuit court judge has dismissed a couple's conspiracy and negligence claims against 21 welding manufacturers, saying "the mere publication of false information, or the concealment of the truth, however immoral, is not necessarily an unlawful act entailing legal liability." Hunt, et ux. v. Air Products & Chemicals, et al. No. 052-9419 (Mo. 22nd Cir. Ct., St. Louis City).
