PASCAGOULA, Miss. - A plaintiffs' expert has filed his second objection to a recent order by a special master in Mississippi, requiring him to produce records of asbestos- and silica- related disease diagnoses he rendered during a year-and-a-half period beginning in 2004. Fairley v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment, et al., No. CI-2004-001-SI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
