INDIANAPOLIS - A Case Management Order entered by an Indiana judge overseeing the state's silica and mixed dust docket will require plaintiffs to produce various records, including data related to their silica-related disease diagnoses. In Re: Mass Tort Litigation, No. 49D02-9501-MI-001 (Ind. Super. Ct., Marion Cty.).
According to an order entered April 10 in Marion County Superior Court, plaintiffs have until May 17 to serve authorizations for the release of records pertaining to medical history, employment history, educational history, as well as information regarding past military service, union affiliations and workers' compensation claims.
