QUEENS, N.Y. - The Texas MDL judge has issued an order abating proceedings related to the dissolution of Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp., paving the way for a New York court to determine whether the silica defendant can still be sued for allegedly causing silica-related injuries. Ford, et al. v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp., No. 8409/06 (N.Y. Sup. Ct., Queens Cty.).
