CLEVELAND - The plaintiffs in the Welding Fume MDL are seeking an order to compel discovery of a defense expert's research data compiled from three Caterpillar Inc. plants, saying the defendants have failed to produce complete information from the study. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1535. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000 (N.D. Ohio).
