ST. LOUIS, Mo. - A Missouri circuit court judge has dismissed a plaintiff's conspiracy and negligence claims against nine welding manufacturers, saying they fail to assert a relationship to the plaintiff's alleged injury. Garner v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al. No. 052-9892 (Mo. 22nd Cir. Ct., St. Louis City).
In his April 20 memorandum and order, Circuit Judge Robert H. Dierker of the 22nd Circuit Court of Missouri, St. Louis City, granted the defendants' motion to dismiss some or all of Eugene Garner Jr.'s claims.
