CLEVELAND - In a recent motion seeking an MDL discovery order, the MDL plaintiffs accuse the defendants of "bombarding" them with documents as they prepare for trial, saying the defendants are "significantly slowing down this litigation by consistently utilizing dilatory discovery tactics."
