Sources: First Female Welder's Trial Continued to July 31

HOUSTON -- Sources told HarrisMartin Publishing that the first female welder's case to go to trial has been continued to July 31. Montalbano, et al. v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No 03CV0801 (Texas 56th Dist. Ct., Galveston Cty.).

Plaintiff counsel L. Jeth Jones told HarrisMartin that the first Montalbano plaintiff to go to trial is Catherine Godwin. Jones said Godwin's case was originally set to go to trial on May 8, but discovery complaints caused the continuance.
