33 Pending Cases Added On and Transferred to Alameda County

OAKLAND, Calif. - Thirty-three pending welding products cases have been added on and transferred to the coordinated cases in Alameda County.Welding Product Cases. JCCP No. 4368, (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

Fifty-four plaintiffs in the 33 cases were added to the California Superior Court for Alameda County's coordinated welding fume cases. Seven cases originated in California's Superior Court for Los Angeles County; 12 originated in Alameda; San Diego, Solano and Sacramento each had three; Los Angeles, Orange and Contra Costa each had one; and San Francisco had two.
