EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Sources told HarrisMartin Publishing that an Illinois man's welding fume product injury case is scheduled for a September 11 trial in Madison County Circuit Court. Haskell v. BOC Group, et al., No. 04-L-1152, (Ill. 3rd Jud. Ct., Madison Cty.).
Plaintiff Michael L. Haskell was recently examined by a British physician hired by the defendants, according to sources, who also noted that the defendants have completed depositions and plaintiff's counsel are just beginning to depose defense experts.
