OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over more than 50 silica-related lawsuits in California has signed an initial case management order that will govern the earliest stages of discovery in the cases, which have been pending for nearly a year. Bradley v. A-1 Aggregates, et al., No. RG05214038 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
