Met Life Says it is an 'Improper Defendant,' Moves for Summary Judgment

CLEVELAND - In its recent omnibus motion for summary judgment, Metropolitan Life says it has erroneously been named as a defendant in the Welding Fume MDL because it is an insurance company, not a manufacturer of welding products.
